We cannot accept any changes or cancellations after payment has been made.
We ship via FedEx. Shipping is free until the end of September 2024.
We ship products via FedEx within 10 days of receiving your order, so that you should receive the product within around 20 days after you order it. However, delivery time may be extended due to stock availability, customs clearance, climate conditions, shipping company conditions, traffic problems, etc.
We will email you FedEx tracking information after we ship your order.
If the product is damaged when you receive it, we will accept returns or exchange items. So, please send us the product within 7 days of its delivery to you by the shipping company we appoint. If you have opened it, used it, or have any other reason other than those mentioned above, we can NOT accept any returns.
If you wish to exchange, we will bear the shipping costs and send you a new item.
If you wish to return, we will refund the payment within 10 days after we receive the product back from you.
However, we can NOT accept any returns or exchanges due to customer's personal preferences.

The color may look slightly different depending on the screen you used to view it online. Also, since all our products are made from natural wood, the grain will vary from the pictures.
