Sales Price

The selling price is the price shown on each product’s page.
In addition to the selling price, you may be charged transaction fees depending on the payment options you choose.
Also, since we ship our products from Japan, you may be subject to customs duties and other charges when importing goods into your country. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Returns Policy

Returns or Exchanges due to defects

We pay close attention to our packing. However, if the product is damaged when you receive it, we will accept returns or exchange items. So, please send us the product within 10 days of its delivery to you by the shipping company we appoint. If you have opened it, used it, or have any other reason other than those mentioned above, we can NOT accept any returns.

If you wish to exchange, we will bear the shipping costs and send you a new item.

If you wish to return, we will refund the payment within 10 days after we receive the product back from you.

 *We can NOT accept any returns or exchanges due to customers’ personal preferences.

Free Shipping Policy

“Free shipping” applies to shipping costs only. Please note that import duties, taxes, and any customs-related charges may still be applied separately by the customs office in the destination country. These fees are typically the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Period

We ship products via FedEx within 10 days of receiving your order, so that you should receive the product within around 20 days after you order it.

* If the item does not arrive even after exceeding the number of days stated above, please contact us.

* Some products may take time for shipping due to stock availability. If that is the case, we will inform you by email in advance.  

* It may take a longer delivery time due to customs clearance, climate conditions, conditions at the shipping company, traffic issues, and so on.
